Asus Eee PC 1015BX Laptop Reviews, Features, Specifications and Release Date

At Computex 2011, Asus has has introduced a pair of new netbook computers for Asus Eee PC series. The machine is Asus Eee PC 1015BX laptop and comes with a 10.1-inch LED-backlit widescreen display that delivers a native resolution of 1024-by-600 pixels and based on AMD Fusion with support DirectX11.

The Eee PC 1015BX 10,1 inch netbook is powered by a Fusion AMD C-50 Accelerated Processing Unit (APU), which sports two cores each with a clock frequency of 1GHz, AMD Radeon HD 6250 graphics cards that operates at 280MHz, 1GB (up to 2GB) of internal memory, web camera, 250, 320, or 500 GB hard disk for storage with additional up to 3 GB of online services to ASUS cloud Web storage, island-type keyboard, USB 3.0 ports and a 3 2200mAh Lithium-ion battery or 6 cell 5200mAh Lithium-ion battery for for about 7.5 hours of battery life.

Asus Eee PC 1015BX Features and Release Date

Asus Eee PC 1015BX netbook features AMD’s UVD3 media decoding engine provides hardware acceleration for Full HD video streams up to 1080p, HDMI digital video to transmit HD video streams to an external monitor and pre loaded with windows 7 starter edition for operating system. Other features of the Asus 1015BX includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR (or 3.0+HS) and 10/100 LAN for connectivity.
